I'm a product leader based in Gurugram, India, with 8+ years in consumer and learning products. For the last 4 years I led the learning products business at K2U, for individual learners in the US and UK and for B2B clients, with a team of 18 and about 8 external experts. Before that I founded and ran Phatse, a party marketplace, and its Shopify brand Boxyt. Since July 2026 I have also worked part-time with yourtoken.io, a Shopify apps startup, on product and operations.
I lead by setting clear priorities from customers and data, writing down how the team works, and removing repeat work so people spend their time on judgement. I've led teams through growth and through shrinking: when my K2U team went from 18 to 5 after an acquisition, I kept delivery going by automating work rather than asking for replacements.
I also run YouTube and Instagram channels and work as creative director of a YouTube channel called Dark Brew. Before product, I spent 7 years with Carnival UK, where I managed a 60-person dining team across a 7-ship fleet. That is where I learned to lead large teams and keep the customer at the centre.
